This quote has always resonated with me as I feel it highlights the importance of a resilient and inclusive approach to both teaching and learning.
Every experience, every observation, every interaction is a learning experience. We are all lifelong learners and at New Hartley First School we foster, promote and admire a love of learning. We encourage all of our children to ‘dream big’ and ‘aim high’.
We pride ourselves on our welcoming and nurturing ethos and would highly recommend that any prospective parents or carers come and visit.
We would love to meet you!

This week in Nursery, we have loved reading the story Elephant Dance. The story is set in India, and we have found it fascinating to learn about some Indian traditions.
We compared India with England, exploring similarities and differences, and located India on a map. We also talked about how far away it is from England and the different ways people can travel there.
